Shipping:

Please see individual product listings for delivery times. All the items are handcrafted and lead times may vary. Bespoke orders can take between 4-12weeks.  

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If you require an item for a specific date please contact me before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. An email will be sent to confirm dispatch along with a tracking number to allow you to check on your item’s progress.

UK Delivery:

UK delivery is free and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. This is an insured, trackable next-day service and the parcel will need a signature on arrival.

International Delivery:

The cost of international shipping may vary. Please contact info@yeenayoon.com for shipping options.

Payment Options:

Payments can be made via Paypal or with a credit card.  If you would rather pay by bank transfer, please place your order by email.


Cancellations:

Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours. If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase you must email info@yeenayoon.com quoting your name, address, detail of the product, reason for cancellation.


Returns Policy:

Yeena hopes you will be absolutely delighted with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase Yeena is happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively, Yeena will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. 

Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are:

—    Made to order pieces
—    Commissioned pieces (bespoke)
—    Customised pieces
—    Sale item 

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.  The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty.

Nor will we refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU.

Product must be returned and carefully packaged in their original packing. We will then refund the cost of the goods but not the original delivery charge.

Faulty or damaged goods:

As part of our customer service policy, we check each item before it is sent out, and follow a very rigorous quality assurance procedure which is fully documented.

Please check your items once it has arrived. If your order arrived damaged/faulty please send us an email within 24hours of receiving your order including a clear picture showing the item in question.  

Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any right you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.

Return Procedures:

To arrange a return or exchange please email info@yeenayoon.com quoting your name, address, detail of the product, reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.  Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Yeena Yoon Studio packaging.

Late and Lost Deliveries

If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail.  Yeena Yoon Ltd cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Imperfect Beauty

Each piece of  Yeena Yoon Studio jewellery is made by hand and crafted in her studio. Yeena prides herself on the fact that this means each piece is unique and therefore small variations will always occur in the creation process. This can result in small differences from photographs of items in stock. Stone and metal colours may vary slightly and sizes are accurate within reason.

Please also be aware that variations in monitor, browser or software calibrations on your browsing device (mobile/computer) may cause variations in the colour of items shown digitally. If for any reason you are not happy with your order or you feel it is not in keeping with your request, Yeena is happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of purchase, unless the item has been made to order for you, or created as a bespoke/customised piece.
